Discover the CiviCase component and how it can adapt to your organisation. We will show how the Montreal Diet Dispensary tracks the dietetary intake of pregnant women.

- a quick introduction to CiviCase and its main features
- overview of the case workflow and how it translates in CiviCRM terms
- how to categories all that data - what goes in the contact record, the case custom data, and case activities (there are more than 500 custom fields, not to mention a custom entity type)
- customizing the CiviCase user interface for efficiency
- custom graphics and calculations to assist the interview process (including generating baby weight gain graphics)
- custom reports with lots of popups and tweaks to improve efficiency.
