Implementing and Developing for WordPress in CiviCRM 4.6 and beyond

Starting in CiviCRM 4.6 with WordPress the following is now possible:

  • compatibility with the WordPress actions and filters system

  • CiviCRM hooks can be used by multiple plugins

  • Multiple WP Shortcodes per post or page

What does all of this mean? It means we are now headed on a path for feature parity with Drupal.
